Each brand has its own reserved training team: a staff of international technicians and stylists with many years of experience, gained from the courses they have been holding all over the world. Each course is supervised by Comprof’s General Supervisor, Dario Giordano, and by the International Education Manager, Paolo Brandi.
Dario Giordano
General Supervisor
A trainer and consultant in NLP, Public Speaking, Motivation and Sales Techniques for almost thirty years, he has trained around 30,000 professionals, created formats for the Hair Care business and developed and held many training events in Italy and around the world (such as the Dubai Desert Event in 2019).
Paolo Brandi
International Education Manager
An international technician, he is able to perfectly and incomparably train employees, salon owners, salespeople and general managers of distribution in the trichological field. He has mastered Colorimetry and Applied Texture, by which he is able to train real all-around beauty consultants!
