Each brand has its own reserved training team: a staff of international technicians and stylists with many years of experience, gained from the courses they have been holding all over the world. Each course is supervised by Comprof’s General Manager, Dario Giordano, and by the International Education Manager, Paolo Brandi.
Dario Giordano
General Manager
A manager with over twenty years of experience, over 22,000 LinkedIn followers, and an expert in marketing, NLP, and motivation, he has coordinated and managed major international events and business meetings (such as the Dubai Desert Event in 2019, the Norwegian Fjords in 2022, and the Siwa Oasis in Egypt in 2023). The turning point came in 2021, when he registered the format for his training method, “Coaching & Motivation,” the result of the creation of exclusive educational methods: the Motivation Triangle, Speaker Timing, and the Seller’s Pyramid, for example. Since 2023, his entire training method, protected by copyright, has been published on the Comprof Academy Education Portal, a repository of webinars and recorded videos, accessible remotely by Business Partners around the world!
Paolo Brandi
International Education Manager
An international technician, he is able to perfectly and incomparably train employees, salon owners, salespeople and general managers of distribution in the trichological field. He has mastered Colorimetry and Applied Texture, by which he is able to train real all-around beauty consultants!
